A requirements traceability matrix template with the exact columns the finder reads and six invented rows. Fill it in, paste it back, and see every break in the trace.
The columns

Your own export works as it is: the column names requirements tools and spreadsheet matrices export (Object Identifier, Key, Satisfies, Derived From, Upstream, Verified By, Test Case, Last Modified, ASIL, DAL, Safety Class and the rest) are read without renaming. Test results can go in the second box as their own export.
